"At 12"
A girl with a butterfly net on top of a car with the expression of doom written on her face as if looking into the future of the "Spring" of her teenage years and the end of her youth. Another who appears to be embracing her transition to the teen years graciously by imitating that of the adult years. Both are thought provoking as is her published series entitled "At 12". It depicts the contrast of those who are already living an adult life and those who are not ready to grow up. It has a sense of independence that carries throughout the theme. It explores teenage sensuality, sexuality and the ways in which they are expressed through non-verbal communication and often natural body expressions.
